I have a formal resume, but I can simplify things by saying that I worked in Banks, in lending for 15 years, reaching Management and left to join a National Collection Agency in sales until 1983.
In the early eighties, I caught the Real Estate Bug in the East end of Toronto and remained there until 1997 when I decided it was time to return to my rural roots, do a little traveling, a little work and a little writing.
Because I love working more than anything, the other two slide
I do not take listings for high volumes, I am more interested in being able to service my clients well and get the work done to complete the sales.
Within reason, I will try anything. Some things now that work well is web advertising, on Facebook and on my own site, via Main Street and my own local knowledge and extensive list of contacts. After such a lengthy career in Real Estate, I have developed a reputation with agents and clients for being easy to work with.
